Yes. Your $397 one-time payment includes Vidaro CRM and setup by our team. We set up the system for you.
Do I need a developer?+
No. Our team sets up your Vidaro CRM for you.
Do I need to know anything about servers or databases?+
No. We handle the technical setup. You provide the business details needed to get your CRM ready.
What happens after I purchase?+
We collect the details needed to set up your system, complete your CRM setup, and let you know when it is ready to use.
Can I import my existing contacts?+
Yes. Vidaro includes CSV contact import.
Can I export my data?+
Yes. Vidaro includes data export and backup tools.
What happens after the first year?+
Your first 12 months of software updates are included. After that, future updates and support may be offered as an optional renewal. Your purchased CRM continues working if you do not renew.
Does Vidaro include AI?+
Vidaro includes optional AI features that can work with supported AI providers you connect. Provider access requirements and usage charges apply separately.
Do I have to use AI?+
No. Vidaro works as a CRM without AI.
Can my team use Vidaro?+
Yes. The current Founding Edition supports up to 10 users.
Is there a monthly hosting fee?+
Vidaro does not charge a mandatory monthly CRM hosting subscription. The underlying service used to run Vidaro has a generous free usage level suitable for many small businesses. Businesses with significantly higher usage may eventually need to upgrade that service directly.
Where does Vidaro actually run?+
Vidaro runs in a private Cloudflare account that you control. Our team handles the system setup for you, so you do not need to configure it yourself.
